Don Baker, has been blind since birth, his overprotective mother following his every move

Don finally decides to take his own apartment in New York and meets his flighty neighbour, spirited actress Jill Tanner. When his mother unexpectedly visits and find the two of them together, Mrs Baker’s controlling instincts go into overdrive with both hilarious and touching results.
