In a collaborative concert between SUStrings and SUSingers, we will be performing a large scale requiem by Howard Goodall alongside some smaller works by Eric Whitacre and Vaughan Williams
The programme will be:
- Eternal Light: A Requiem by H. Goodall
- Five Hebrew Love Songs by E. Whitacre
- Five Variants on Dives and Lazarus by V. Williams
The performance will feature, alongside the choir and orchestra:
- Izzy Tuffin-Donnevert (Soprano)

SU Strings
SUStrings is a friendly and active string orchestra which was founded to provide string musicians the opportunity to play an extensive and varied repertoire for string orchestra. There are no auditions and anyone who plays the violin, viola, cello or double bass to Grade 5 or above is welcome. We rehearse weekly and perform at least one concert per term and one tour per academic year.
